4–1 Vote: OC Supervisors Approve Encampment Ban, Sarmiento Opposes

City breaks ground on $13.4 million Centennial Park Improvements Project
The City of Santa Ana held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Centennial Park Improvements Project on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
